If you’ve had problems with women before, don’t let your own self-image hold you back from having beautiful women in your life.

Yes, maybe in the past you had no idea how to hold yourself around women or how to talk to women.

But the past is over and today is a new day.

Every day you wake up is a new day in which you can be a completely different person.

Hell, the past is over. Why worry about it anymore? The past is just a fantasy, a hallucination that exists inside your head.

You want to use your past as a guide, a reference to help you navigate your future, but you don’t want to let your past control you either.

After all, the past doesn’t even exist. Nobody cares about your past- in fact, you’re the only one ever thinking about it. It’s a huge waste of time if you spend your day reliving it again and again.

Today you can start practicing new ways of thinking and practice new habits instead of settling for your old ways and your old habits that you normally practice and reinforce every day. Today you can start shaping new beliefs that can work for you instead of against you.

After all, beliefs are tools to help you get what you want. If you want beautiful women in your life, the belief that you are the sexiest man on the planet is certainly a good belief to have. If you want to lose your hesitation with women, the belief that everything is an experiment is another good belief to have.

You need to drop your old habits, beliefs, and self-limitations that you practice everyday – but are really just hallucinations inside your head - and instead begin replacing them with new habits, beliefs, and breaking your limitations so that you can become a new you.

For example, placing importance on the process of seduction instead of the event.

Placing importance on the process simply means having trust that over time you’ll get better and you can’t take a single event too seriously as a measure of your worth, no more than you could be considered a bad student if you flunk a single test or a good student just because you ace a single test.

And by placing importance on the process you don’t place overdue importance on any one woman because your goal is to master seduction itself – not to get into the pants of any one particular girl.

However, letting go of your past and installing a new set of beliefs is not enough. You must also learn the structure of seduction.

Structure is just that – a framework of how to proceed with a seduction beginning with step A and proceeding through to step Z.

Ideally, you need a structure of seduction that works with all women in all situations.
